should be able to get more out of it i reckon. last home game i got 200k for only 86% of arena. i assume i would get more if it were a bigger game

Yeah, I would say you should be able to get another 20k from your arena. And cut salary from the bottom guys. I would say sell one of your PFs and replace him with a scrimmage fodder player ($3k salary) and hope for a deep run in the cup and you should be able to last the season with your new SG and hopefully promote. If not you will have to sell the SG and get someone you can afford a bit better.

You should get at least 210k on attendance,
Merchandise could also be 10k higher.

I have got on average 220k on attendance this season in league III, when I finally got my prices right.
Merchandise has been on average 40k with pikes to 45k.

Sell one of your more expensive players or make sure you promote.

area size too small for Lower Tier and above, add 50% if u have the money
ticket price conservative @100%, aim @80%-90%

get a level 4 PR its only 15K, u can easily earn back from attendance

cut 2 player for 30K, and replace with 2 well rounded player for 10K
