It has nothing to do with advertising in this case (although that's not allowed either.) Market valuations, IE, asking how much a player is worth, is also not permitted in the forums. That's all that's being said above.

Your best bet is to look around on the Transfer List manually for players ending soon with similar skills that have bids and go from there.
