When you fire or replace staff, you must pay them a week in severance pay
so you'll have to pay the PR guy anyway
then you'll have to pay the replacement
and if you replace him
you'll have to pay him again

I'm aware of that, but I'm talking about in the other revenue sources. Such as my Tv contract and merchandise.

PR staff will not affect TV contract

However, it will impact on your merchandise. Expect slightly lower merchandising if you just sacked your PR manager
