Both are definitely worthwhile training, if you can train both that would be great, if not, sell one of them. I'm usually really about the defense but your 2 guys got decent one and even if you know having super awesome defense is terrific, there is no question that your guys need some handling and JS improvement. If you want to utilize the rookies in the SG position I go JS, if you want to utilize the PG do handling, you probably want to start off with some mix of the two if you can

does the 1 inch and 1 year differnce make a differnce? Because if it doesnt' I am thinking I'll train the guy who has atleast a 4 in everything and already respectable OD..

the 1 year definitely makes much more difference than the inch. The 18 year old would be worth more so if I were you, I'd go with training the 19 and selling the 18 for that more cash you can get for him and its a win-win situation.
