I hope you guys dont mind me asking your input.

How would you train this guy, and why this way? More importantly would like to know how to best train him to increase his chances into making it into the NT?

You need to get OD to 20+ IMO and pump JS to 16 at least. JR to 14 would probably be good enough and then work all secs up to 14 IMO. If you can get passing higher than 14 it may get him considered to be a PG. That would give him a shot to be considered possibly, but no guarantees. I'm sure Jfarb and others could tell you more on that. Heck I'm not sure that with MVP potential you could get to the levels I said. Great prospect though.

Hey man,

He'll already be in the good books for the NT at the moment with those skills at 20! :D I'd imagine he'll be in the consideration for U21 NT now.

Seems to me the problem is that NTs want the skills that raise the salary to horrible levels! i.e PS for a PG, or JR for a SG. Personally, I would aim for 20 OD, and 14 PS minimum. That gives more flexibility on the NT tactic used. I mean, you know the rest, but secondaries are required only to the specific NT manager's preference - some love RB for all players, others value IS for PGs, and ID for everyone. Get a feel with Rambo what he likes, he might well be the NT manager in 2 seasons...
