Real TIE agreement are rare. Generally, they exist just because one team is sure to win against the other, so none have interest to do something else than TIE.I'm in D2 and I made one real TIE agreement this season with an IRL friend, because he knew he had no chance to beat me. Last season, it was the contrary.
