Hi realmwalker,

With all do respect i think you need a total restart. Sell some players and buy 4-6 18 year-olds doen't really matter what position, maybe guards since they want to improve outside shooting. Get a good trainer. If you do good you will stay in the division and next year you will have a competitive team.

If you don't have a lot of money you can begin with PG's for instance passing the training will go very fast because you can train only PG with that kind of a training. And after the TV matches in a few weeks you will have enough money to buy some decent SG. and then you can train JS PR HA etc...

If there is some money left expand your arena, now it would look like a waste but if you start winning you want your fans standing behind you and for the economy.

And for the balance make sure that you keep some good rebounder's, very important.

I would choose for long-term training now and not next season, because otherwise you will have the same problem next year as you have this year.
