Hello! This is Mr. Taxman! I am the manager of BIR Makati. I know I am just new to this kind of coaching duties but I think I have the knowledge and dedication to run the National Team. And also I think managing this National Team is different than our own team. Managing this National Team is also needing the help of each of the managers of the players included not only me. I'm just guiding this team to reach our goal which is the championship. The managers of the players included in the National Team roster is the most important and integral part of the team which is they will help me train them in the right and specific training which will help the needs of the team. And also I think there will be no managing of finances in this National Team so I think thats also the big difference between the National Team and our own Team. My main goal is to get into this team the right and the best players and also their managers to help our National Team finally get the championship to our country. And also I think the tactics to every game is to scout diligently your opponent play different kind of players that will compliment each other. And also I'm also just recruiting players that will be help this team, its not about their salary, its about their skills, I think we need in our National team that have the offense and most especially their defense.
