They're not the greatest trainees, but I think they're fine, especially for a DV team. Your third one probably won't get far, but you can probably get 150k-250 on the transfer list for him in two or three seasons.
I'm not sure if you want to keep your players as PG's or make one of them an SG. My suggestion is that you make your first player into a PG and the second one into an SG.
I would start off by training OD to strong-proficient on your first two players. That should take about 5-6 weeks and you'll immediately see results on the court. I would then go for two weeks of handling training and then 3 weeks of passing. I would basically repeat this cycle (maybe shorten OD to 4 weeks afterwards) for the rest of the season. During the alstar break you can get some JS training but I normally like to hold off on JS training until I need to two position train for the sake of my team (eg: if I just promote and need to field my best line-up possible, I can't afford to put a guy with respectable stamina in for 48 minutes).
