There are a lot of sites that offer you that kind of update.

For example, in Argentina, we have a newspaper www.lanacion.com.ar that offers link to update your explorer.
Try google chrome also, it's good too.

I wholeheartedly recommend Google Chrome, for me it's the best out there. Especially because it's faster than others since each tab is its' own process and has minimal look.
