Well, first some general tips are in order:
Trim your total roster size to about 12 guys. That'll probably be easy to achieve by just firing the 4 guys you are trying to sell, assuming they end up not selling.
Pick what kind of players you want to train. Most owners train either guards, or big men, but typicaly not both at the same time. If I were you, I would probably train Crocker and Reeves, because they are young, have sufficient potential that you won't have to worry about capping them before they get to the level you want them, and because they're both American and from your original team roster (that means their merchandise will be higher as you train them). The main issue with those trainees is their height. It's a little high for training guards, and really ideal for SF type guys. Still, I would train them in guard skills. Then, by the time you have a hang and a real understanding of training, you can switch them to big men skills and have yourself two solid SFs. Also, their exact skills distribution would impact this decision.
Next, you have to manage your players' weekly minutes better, in order to improve their gameshape. When players have poor gameshape (and I'd consider average or below poor, even respectable isn't good), they perform much worse than they should. To manage gameshape, you want to try and have your players get 48-70 minutes per week total (55-60 is perhaps ideal). So, for example, there wasn't any reason to start your C Chapalain in the most recent scrimmage, because that gave him too many minutes for the week. And as you can see, his rating in the 12/1 game went down to 8.0, from its previous 9.5/9.5/8.5.
Now, as far as wipe out is concerned, I would probably use a look inside tactics, seeing as their inside defense is pretty poor. For your own defense, since they have similar inside and outside scoring ratings, and are typically playing base offense, I'd use man to man. He doesn't have any particularly scary players on his roster, but they are in better gameshape than yours. Still, comparing your team ratings and because you're at home, I'd give you the edge in this one.
Good luck!
