your s5 will lack gs fast, and play worse but already during the games, they will suffer decline. ( men rotation are possible and often used like that:

Positions from PG to C, first player hthe starter second the backups:

A-F
B-F
C-G
D-H
E-H

Another possibilitie is blank lineup and coach decide, even when i would favour a 9-10 men rotation. And i believe the big rotation even win in the PO.

Yes, because they would average big ass minutes (80+) and their Game Shape would decrease significantly.

8 man rotations on BB is pretty hard to do successfully.

If your bench guys are decent you may want to consider shifting your starting line-ups in a way that gets everyone at least one start a week. Depending on your opponent you could have one Inside Focused Line-Up and another Outside Focused Line-up. This may only be feasible if the back up players are decent or are at least decent defensively.

I'm running a 7 man rotation and doing just fine. Hard but not impossible

im doing 7man rotation as well, works just fine. An i even manage to train my starting pg, sg, sf in one possition.
