When I bought this player, he only had high level OD, but I trained for him shooting and now this player looks well :) Last season got 10 skill ups. I have motivation and I think, that I can to do this job well :)

Had no intention to pick at you and my apologies if my message can be interpreted as offensive.

I just don't understand why you blew game shape for all players in your team during last season. I wanted to pick Tryggvesson for U21 but could not do so with a game shape below respectable during biggest part of the season. He probably still would not have had game time so I think that I never mailed you about it. I do mail all managers with a player that I want to use at least once if they mistreat the players game shape. Both the national team and their own team benefits a lot from a decent game shape. Håkan Persson who I could not play with for two seasons as inside player had a salary of above 40k last season but with inept game shape do I doubt that he performs better than a 10k player.

To vote for you I need an explanation to why you have high-paid players in your team with a poor game shape instead of a bigger squad so that you can have a decent game shape on all players and improve the results for your them thereby.

Last season I didn't set any match order and I didn't calculated minutes of my players. I just took a rest, if we speak about team business. What I did in the last seasons is a GM job. Now, for me returned the game fun and I'm ready to take more responsibility nor only my team.

What I can to promise about Tryggvesson - last season was last, when this player had poor game shape :)

Good answer. Looking forward to have Tryggvesson in better shape. Not capable of judging yet if he is a starter or what his role will be in U21 coming season but he will for sure take a spot in the squad.

We will see what other candidates there are before I put my vote. I will for sure support you ahead of someone that is not writing a speech.

Sitter och funderar på om jag ska ställa upp när jag nu la ner min egen satsning, men tyvärr är det nog dumt när jag går ut på praktik i 6 veckor snart och inte kommer kunna komma åt en data speciellt ofta. Nästa gång kanske...Är i alla fall sugen på att testa i framtiden.

Kom igen, någon intresserad borde vi ha. Vår enda nuvarande kandidat ger jag inte mycket för. No passion, no game!

Vad händer om han "inte orkar" i år heller?

In med någon erfaren från SBBL. Själv är jag inte riktigt på tårna, har lite mycket annat med jobb och familj.
Bidrar gärna med scoutingunderlag men vill inte vara GM.

Jo, jag är fortfarande sugen. Har verkligen fått BB på hjärnan. vet inte riktigt varför men jag föredrar nog att en svensk coach tar över. Många diskussioner blir lättare då för dom som inte skriver så bra svenska.

Sedan har man ju trycket för att prestera med men man kan ju bara göra sitt bästa och sedan finns ju alla ni aktiva på forumet som man kan tjöta med om det skulle vara nått.
