Ralph, I don't wanna be offensive, but how you've said, you're a newbie in the game. You play a little time, you can't have so much responsabilities like those you'll have. In Brazil, we had a newbie as NT Coach, when I was starting in the game, 6 seasons ago, he was a crap, he didn't do anything good. You're smart, learn fast, but isn't time to get so much responsabilities.

Saltori Pipe down, don't rag on others just because you were rejected as a legit NT candidate in a previous election.

I believe Ralph would do a fine job.

I was rejected, and I don't know why. But isn't about it. He has other things to care. He has to improve his team, but there're other managers who can do it better.

+1, Rafael, my team is arguably the same as yours already. Try improving your team, then you might be respected here.

I do not think success is a measure of respect. There are a few managers who have way more success than I do, but I have little to no respect for them. I feel it is the manager as a person and their activity and such that earns peoples respect, for me at least :)

Yeah I'm sort,of the same but he talks like he thinks he is a pro, and I'm fine with people that do as long as they are pros. Until he becomes one he is going to find it hard in these forums if he carrys on like before.

II NZ = III BR

If it's about it, anyone here can say anything. Team, league, where you are, It doesn't can say nothing about your knowledges. I know much things, I've learned them with guys who plays since 2 season. I'm not here talking about who's the better coach for the National Team. But If he wins this election, I could win it too.

Rafael you can't say that II NZ = III BR because i know for a fact the Div III players in BR can't compete with NZ II players and that you are saying that Div II and Div I in BR is the same as the NZBL which ain't true so first think before u write it on the forums. We know that anyone can win the elections it all depends on the people who are voting! :P
