i mean if for example average guard of your league has like 15-16 OD, so your guards should have like 15 Pa, and 10 driving,
for example my guards at league 4 all 3 have passing 10-12 and i am still training Also with such high passing you can run motion very succesfull if your guards doesnt lack JR.

I'd say IS very important for SF and somewhat important for SG.
