In Motion, the PF and SF take more shots than they do in any other Outside Based Offense. So you want to make sure your PF and SF have good shooting skills. Also, having good shooting all round the board can really help your chances of getting an amazing mismatch. For example, I played a game in which I played an SG at SF and played Motion. The opponent's SF was a PF who didn't have very good OD and he played M2M. I absolutely dominated that matchup and went on to win.
People say in Motion JR is not that important, because there are a lot of mid range shots and not as many 3 point attempts as RnG or Princeton.
Also, Driving plays a factor in Motion. You'd want your guards and SF to have good driving. Apart from that, rebounding is always beneficial, I can't think of a situation where it MORE essential. Guards having Inside Scoring...hm... I guess it makes sense, because good driving would inevitably lead to a few Inside Shots.
But I don't think C plays a major role at all in Motion. He hardly takes 4-5 shots in the whole match. Outside Scoring for PF,yes, but not for C IMO.
Hope I helped!

Check out my game today. You can easily tell by the Team Ratings that I was the superior team, but the point is that my SF once again took the most shots and dominated his SF. Once again it was a case of SG at SF vs PF at SF. So try and create mismatches in Motion. They can give you easy victories. Also, my SF had a LOT of driving, which also contributed to him taking the most shots.

I'll pm you, but yes, you are right. My C has very bad Driving and good passing. That's the 'secret'! ;)

I think in your game yesterday your C took 8 shots because he was actually a PF playing at C, so I assume his JS would have been strong-proficient. He would have taken even more shots if his Driving was higher. If I'm right his Driving is not higher than respectable. Am I right??

but then if he would have played LI then ur SG who was playing at SF would have leaked many points cuz he wouldnt have been able to defend the PF effectively....in that case ur mismatch might have had costed u quite a few points.

My pf played C, becpuse i want to train his Inside shooting a bit, He got 11 driving, and 11 JS, so looks like its no matter what ur driving and JS is, C just not shooting a lot.

No, I took that into account. My guard has respectable ID, so he would not have leaked THAT many points. At least less than his PF's OD would have stopped my guard from scoring(16 JS 10 JR).

I don't think so. Your C(PF) took more shots that your starting PG(7) and as many shots as your starting PF(8). Its just that he didn't score those many points, that's all. You SF and SG took the most shots because their match ups were very easy- your opponents' SG and SF, though being higher salaried than you, had mediocre and inept GS. If your SF and SG had better match ups your C would have taken even more shots.
