I think the might've been my mistake. My default lineup lets coach decide and I thought I usually change that, but in scrimmages where I don't care if I win I don't usually think hard about my lineup. So maybe that is why...

I'll find out in upcoming scrimmages :)

try strickly follow the depth chart..don't play let coach decide

LCD doesn't play your sub at starter.


sometimes it does, in terms of following the lineup all setting besides strictly follow are a bit buggy.

LCD is situational. The coach does what he thinks is best, which includes utilizing mismatches. He plays to win regardless of gameshape or training concerns. So, if your sub has a better chance of winning you the game, the coach will play him.
Try using Strictly Follow Depth Chart if it's a concern.

Well, I only play him sub because he needs his minutes to be balanced out, so he's supposed to be a starter.

To answer your question, yes.
