The opponet I'm playing in the finals play FCP, and it doesn't help them...........bad thing was I didn't do good defense, I did Low Post that game, which is the slower version of LI.

FCP is trading defense for turnovers. FCP is a tactic that most do not really understand. High levels of OD at 4 positions as well as 7+ stamina for everyone is what I think is necessary to make it work.

thank you , im glad someone knows what they are talking about, people ask for answers , and the only way to ensure they get those answers is to be brutally honest. Full court press is good in real life , but sadly in this game you are signing your own death warrant if you play this tactic

Just to back my point up I used FCP (all against Push the Ball) in these games: (42765846), (42765815), (42765695), and (42731005). The last one was in last year's championship.

Now look at the difference when I played it against Look Inside (45779568).

Summary: FCP works great against Push the Ball...against anything else not so sure.

Thanks for giving me a legitimate answer and not some bs answer like Daniel..

actually Daniel was right..
it has been 19 seasons and there is no single guy managing to make this defense work..
still some theories are flying around..
i don't think you will succeed even with 20 OD - 20 ST on all five positions..
M2M is much better in any case..

FCP does seem to do nicely when playing against a severely overmatched team, if you're looking to boost point differential. But against opponents with a pulse, it's difficult to imagine a scenario where it is worthwhile - if you can win with FCP, you would win with M2M, and if you can lose the game at all, you probably can lose it most spectacularly with FCP.

HA is so high because it is trained as a secondary to so many types of trainings, which is unfortunate.

Actually, FCP doesn't work with slow offenses in my case............look at Tuesdays game..........played Playoff Normal against their PCT and still managed to keep it exciting..........loss still, but still good.
I played; Low Post, 3-2 zone
They played; Motion, FCP
