Hi all! I`m Vova Kolodiy. I played this game from 11 season. I help Ukraine U21 NT with player database, so I think I can help.
What I want to invite in Cyprus NT:
1. create a NT database. All player must be train with best results, if we want to create strong team.
NT trainer or manager, who want to help NT, must advise to other manager, who have player, what they must to do for the best results.
2. Create team, who can play all tactics. So many tactics we can play, so bigger are our chance to win. We don`t must have 1 player for all tactic, we must create range and near-ring player for all position.
3. Observered transfer. If here will be good young player, who can play in U21 NT after systematic training, i post about that.
I`m realist.I dont think at first my season win all matches.I do all what i can to raise our prestige and create the best young players, who after 4 year systematic training help next NT trainer get the best results.
