It looks like you have a decent team. I don't know how much money you have but you should build your arena. You're selling out Lower Tier so build a few there. Drop the prices for your bleachers so that you increase your attendance.
Fire Vladamir Martinez and train Dokervoort and Jude. You could get a Lvl. 4 trainer for reasonably cheap and train them as SGs.
As far as tactics, it looks like you have a stronger inside team so maybe you want to play LI. It's hard to say what defense unless you know your opponents so play M2M.
