Not necessarily. You can see that two of our bigs this year, Luke Simmons and Keith Parra, are owned by D.IV teams. The bigs this year are a little weak and a little low in salary, but Len Nielsen, one of the dominant U21 bigs from two seasons ago, was also trained by a D.IV team. So it can be done, it's just a little unusual to see that high a salary in D.IV.

While Jones is on the roster, I don't want to post his exact skill set for the world to see. BB-mail me for his skill set if you want, but he's definitely not the traditional PF. For a big man, you would need higher potential that he has, as I found out when I originally drafted him. And of course the salary would probably be prohibitive for a D.IV team like you or me. But magiker gave me advice and helped me to create a build that gave him a chance, and now here we are.
