Hello USA community my name is D-WADE and I think I am the perfect fit to be your U21 manager. Now becoming the manager would be a BIG responsibility knowing who I'm replacing but these two things could make this U21 team go even further. Step 1: Make this team interactive. Now I know a lot of you people in the community have more experience and that's why I'll do this. Putting this team almost in your hands is going to make this team better. One way I'm going to make this team better is by letting you the USA community pick the defensive strategy for most my games as manager. I think you guys have a lot of wisdom and it would be great to hear from you. So if you have questions, comments, or suggestions, I WILL LISTEN! Now step 2: Keep doing what you're doing. The U21 team has had some of the greatest players of all-time and I'll need you continue to get good draft pick, keep training etc. These two steps can make the USA U21 team better than ever before. If you guys have't heard me yet my name is Sean Smith and I want to be this US 21 manager .I will promise everyone that I will make it a great team. How? I will make this USA community Buzzerbeater better. Plus I will give every player a chance to go to the team. But if there bad they will be cut. And I know it going to be a tough road ahead of us but we can do it if you believe. Well if you want to believe. then vote for me Sean Smtih. I seriously approve this message.

hello buzzerbeater my name is CoachPawl i have slowly been working a team up through the leagues. I hope to be elected as the U21 manager big shoes to fill but i am fully ready to dedicate my full attention to this team to make reach their maximum potential. My plan is very easy and that is win! Everyone has an opinion and i am a very understanding person i will listen and respond to everyones opinion. I hope to be elected as this years manager! Hi. My full name is Mickey LT McCoy Junior, but you can call me Mick. I know that a lot of you are going to vote for coco and that is fine. Your vote is your vote. You can choose but let me tell you the truth about me, and I mean all the truth.
My first season I loved this game. Even though my team was bad I just liked lots of stuff about it. Next season we did better. I still thought my team was good. Season 20 I finally made it to the playoffs. My chance to get out of my league but I blew it in 3 games. It was a good experience though. In season 21 I made the playoffs but loss the first game. I then went and got many great people. I will tell the truth to you about anything.
All I am asking for is just one small season to be a national team manager.
