I'm in here for a couple of seasons already and haven't made DIII. My conference is relatively tougher. I'm definitely being more aggressive this time to make it to DIII with my center but he got injured (4weeks). Therefore, I'm trying to patch up with the team that I have. Your strategy does determine whether your players are top performers or not. Usually the players with the highest ppg, rpg, or apg are ones who play the whole game. I believe that game shape does mean something here so I've been monitoring my player's minutes.
