Should I reduce ticket prices in the hope of earning more money via larger attendance even though I haven`t touched my ticket prices for a long time. If I had increased them I could understand such low attendances. Maybe you could take a look at my arena and prices and give me some advice.

The biggest factor is that you got relegated, so you lost a large number of season ticket holders and your fans are going to be massively displeased with you for pretty much the entire season. But yes, you should definitely lower ticket prices.

Thanks for all the responses guys, I`ll research some more and initiate changes this evening.

I only have a level 1 PR manager. Do PR managers actually make much difference? Some people say yes, some say no. Maybe I should get a new PR manager. What level would you recommend?

Cheers.

IDK how England and the USA compare, but for us, a Level 2 PR Manager suffices fine. Unless you plan to promote this season. Then Level 3 would be better.

I'll go with hrudey. Take a look at tthe numbers when you were still in D II. The last two games I can see you sold 7900 and 8700 bleachers respectively at $12. You can't expect the same numbers or even better at the same price when you just got relegated to a lower division. Granted, you got a 9-1 record, but the relegation penalty is pretty tough. It might wear off a little bit after the allstar break.
I see you already adjusted the bleacher prices. I would recommend lowering the other prices as well, since you are far from selling out those sections.

Thanks for that. Up until now I had no idea that being relegated would have such a large negative effect on my attendance.

Cheers.

Okay, so I`ve made changes to my pricing. I just hope that it`s correct and works. It`s a shame that we can`t have ticket price adjustments more often, say once a month, that would make it easier to get it right.

Thanks for all of your help people, it is very much appreciated.
