New versions of chrome for android will never support flash as adobe is no longer supporting flash.

I have used Dolphin HD browser for over a year now, no complaints.

Puffin only allow liimited time trail for their flash support. Guess I can buy full version for a buck.

Regarding Dolphin, no luck so far with Flash files...
We really do change out viewer to HTML 5 as smart phone usage is more and more popular...

No Nexus 4's in Australia so can't comment on that, but I used it on both my old HTC desire and new Motorola Razr M and works fine on both of those.

So i'll update.
With new devices. (Android) dolphin doesn't play flash well...
The only success I had so far is with puffin but as I said before, it's only a trail... :-(

Try skyfire or download puffin complete version for free from 4shared.

Look for help on xda forum. It's possible to improve stock browser by loading flash application. Tested on my Note 2.

I have an Acer iconia with ics. I think that flash may still have been available then but you can search for "installing flash apk". I don't think this will work on my Windows phone.
