Hello all Englishman! First off I applaud you for caring about your country's national team enough to visit the election forum. I believe England deserves a team that can compete against the top teams in the world and should not be a mediocre national team. England has too many leagues for the national team to be ranked as low as it is now. My resume may not protrude out excellence but you all should know I played from seasons 11-15 then quit and now have been back from 19-22. I have experience and plenty of knowledge enough to take this team ,which has so much potential, to greatness. A huge factor in building a team is the participation of the community. Many managers do not understand that. We all need to communicate to have a competitive team. In the forums! BB-mail! I am open to suggestions! No manager is perfect, for this team to be great the whole country will need to be involved. To me success is not beating mediocrity such as, Schweiz and Cyprus. Success will be measured on how we do against the top teams in the world. We must compete with the Italians and Polish. If you care about how this national team will do, you'll make the smart vote and involve the whole country in having a team that can grow to become among the best.
