I would get OD to 9-10, then get PA to 8-9. After that, I would train JS/1v1 Forwards to get that HA higher. Then I would finish him off with IS/ID/REB. Nice trainee.

To keep his wage low, I would focus on his guard skills, OD and JR to Proficient this season.

From there, One on One forwards and ID/RB will make him into a nice PF.
