a couple of members hear are planning to bounce back and I think they will. Main thing the team who dropped to my league has a top player of 9k. So either they have a huge bank and will be fixing that up I am very happy with the teams who have joined my league at this stage.

I got viral infections in my division down from div 2. Anyone know much about him? Doesnt seem to be in here. Although I cant imagine any div2 teams dropping down and wanting to spend longer than 1 season back in div 3, so id say our great 8 will be the tougher side again.

There last press release tells a story.


"With the All-Star Break coming up the Viral Infections are going to have to discover whether there are any talented players in the draft and decide whether to intentionally tank to obtain this player or to spend the millions of dollars they have saved up to avoid relegation.

What will the team decide to do? Only time will tell!"

But his 3 Draftees are nuffys and he only has one other player which is for sale. I guess he is going to build a new side and could get a decent one if he does have millions in the bank. Be interesting to watch and see.

He's one of the biggest day traders seen in Australia but not as active as he used to be.

If he buys up, you'll be in trouble.

The ABBL picked up four amazing managers.

akuma of TeamAkuma who despite being a Shark is a fantastic manager and assembled the XBB allstar team of Smeltz, Duffman etc but who nearly went broke battling sid vicious for promotion and has already announced he will tank.

Xerxes of the Persepolis Immortals who is an angry Persian who only knows one pack - flat out attack, he is sure to bring a little fire to the ABBL.

Petevas of the Yarra Park Bears one of Australia's longest serving managers who has been here since season three and whose team is led by legendary PG/SF Peni Lucas (my draft pick!). However he has landed in the Great 8 along with Whitebeard, Koopasaurus, Guanzheng Goldfish, Urmummas and Chelsea Seagulls probably five of the top seven teams in Aussie BB last season so he is in for a hard ride.

Cuprolamniophobe of the Coin Collectors is the second female manager to make the ABBL and will have a great chance to make some noise in the Big 8 if she decides to improve her roster a lot. She is also the youngest team to ever make the ABBL, one for the girls!

My first game in the ABBL was away, against my rival, on TV and impossible to win. My second TV game was also against my rival who was totally unbeatable. Fantastic draw, you can imagine my merchandising that season was wrecked for the whole season.
