And why are the rotations and minutes distribution so bad? We have 5 starters who play every minute together and will usually end up playing near to 40 minutes and we can't do nothing about it.
If we have a good bench player that we want to log 20 something minutes, it doesn't happen unless the game is a blow out and he will usually play the same minutes as a not so good player.

The problem probably is your players have too much stamina. It's sad that the concept of too much stamina exists, but even at about average stamina it's quite possible to get above 36 minutes in a game.

On my old team I always had at least 1 bench player play 20+ mins. At times I had 2 or 3 bench players play 15 + minutes. And that was during the closely contested competitive games.
That being said, the BBs add more substitution options to specify the managers preference in rotation between starters and subs. The current options aren't sufficient.

how about this

BBs implement a tool for the users who view the game to use their timeout/substitutions by dragging players, and using TOs after a shot/dead ball

if the user is there he can do this any dead ball/any shot

if the user is absent from the game the game can auto do it like the way they do this today.

Basically its an option.

Unfair advantage to high school kids off for summer. Unfair advantage to college kids, unfair advantage to people who are unemployed or don't have kids or better job shifts etc.

Basically that's like punishing teams that can't watch every game. Because for example: you call 6 timeouts through the game... That's 6 additional times my team may sub out my trainee for no reason.

Unfair advantage to kids in school concerning TL

boom

and anyways if the opponent calls the timeout your team shouldn't be affected in any way. what stays at the team is supposed to be the team only

like i said it'll be optional. Teams who take the timeout can sub their own players, while the cpu 'coach' can decide to make subs or not. and if you put SFDC and have your trainee in all 3 positions it shouldn't happen

Then can GM's and BB's see who won and lost a game before it goes "live"?

Recently I have been accused to have rigged an election. People don't realise how much GMs play the exact same game as everyone, but are enforcing the rules.

Whoa, discussing a cheating accusation on the forums? That's against the rules! Won't some GM punish you for abusing your authority?

;)

The whole thing is just a testament of the wonderful power of the human brain to believe whatever it wants to when someone doesn't want to blame himself.

You can't base it of 1 rare case, and we should be able to set the minutes (plus or less) that we want for our players, it doesn't make much sense that we can't
