If you're just talking about which player will perform better (and not really about training), it's pretty close but player 1 is likely to be slightly better. Both have one of the two skills that help avoid turnovers (handling/passing) at a medium level and one bad. Player 2's FT is nice and with his age and higher potential would definitely be a better trainee, though the height would make inside training slower and that atrocious OD makes for a bad time at guard.

Player 2 is really short to be a center if you were looking at training him. However, he is interesting enough as a P-all star and drafted by your team. I would suggest playing him at PF and training one on one forwards for weeks that you need to win.

If you are looking to train him long term, he will need to train in outside defense. So for weeks where you are going to win easily, you can train him on pressure PG.

You have a bunch of young players. I don't know how good they are but if they are worth training, doing one on one forwards should be optimal.

Frankly I don't think you should worry about which one of them is the better C, because only player 1 in reality is a C. If I were you, I'd focus on developing player 2 as a PF. Definitely work on his Outside Defense though, because he'll get picked apart out there.
