1. Train Bahamas players

2. Choose who to train and what position (PG or C)
3. Get a level 4~5 trainers
4. For PG, choose three out of those four Bahamas players, preferably shorter guys, OD for two seasons, 1on1 for a season and passing for a season. They should become a decent PG in 4 seasons.
5. For C/PF, choose three out of those four Bahamas players, preferably big men, ID, Reb, IS and 1on1 for a few seasons.
