I use Internet Explorer 9 the majority of the time. 9.0.13 256-bit.

I didn't miss it, was waiting for the reply. IE is really a mess, especially in the new versions. Things like bookmarks etc which rely on some clientside javascript (also coded by Microsoft, BTW) seem to fail regularly in the new IE iterations. I guess my only advice here can be - change your browser.
