Actually, players are at risk of dropping skills not named stamina from age 33 onward.

Anyone who plays the position you're training at any time throughout the week will be trained no matter what type of game it is, scrimmage, cup or league.

It isn't necessarily a bad thing to train your older players because i think it will slow the rate at which the player declines in the skills you're giving them training

The only thing you should train on older players is Stamina or FT since its training is not really affected by age. Training players over 27 is not really recommended because they train too slow.

As a common instruction - definetly yes.

When you are training top level multiskilled players (nt level), you must also consider training older players, even 29 years old, if there is potential left.
