well i used to get around 230-260k per game after promotion. i had been promoted few times and i wouldnt put bleetchers anywhere at 13, 12 is highest you can because the diference of atendance is nearly halved. Well i had 11k seats and i filled nearly all with 12 price, compared to 6k with 13. Id say your best decision should be to shoot at around 250k cash for full arena.
I had a look at ur arena it seems bellow average. so id suggest to put prices that e.b.w. suggests there and maybe expand few vip seats and balconry and max those lower tier.
