If I played an inside heavy defensive scheme like a 2-3 zone and then played set the gameday prep to their going to try and score from outside. Would that work to counter a good inside team that runs motion? If not, what would doing so do to help or challenge your team?
If you kind of get the gist of what I am saying
They probably wouldn't score as much inside and they'd blow you out with outside shots and jumpers. If you know they're running motion you can try a 3-2, or you can try the defensive switches. 2-3 against an outside defense is just an entertaining way to throw the game.
