Okay guys, the players have been assigned.

If there is something wrong, for example:
- you want less players
- manager doesnt want to share skills with you (same league, etc.)
- you want to have specific player under your wings (own player, etc.)
- you don't have time to do it at all.


Please let me know now.

Now, what do I expect (of course making sure it doesnt take anyone a lot of time)
- update of skills every 5 weeks (so every 5 weeks you spend 15-20 minutes and you are done)
- keeping your own excel/word spreadsheet with players under your wings, updates, etc. (maybe place new skills with date you got them next to the old one instead of replacing?)
- if manager doesn't respond within a week, let me know.
- and new addition: check every 5 weeks (when sending out BB-mails) the last login of players' owners.

Amazing prospect, in our database, for some reason wasted (and looking at his salary he was actually trained). He could have been saved by calling him up to NT or U21, but we did miss out on him, costing us dearly. My bad on this one, but just to make sure such mistake doesn't happen again, it will be good to check last login of managers.

Would be probably good to start sending out bb-mails on the weekend so managers get to know you. And after that the next update will be in 5 weeks.

So that's all of the 18 and 19 year olds? Looks a little light but it's also understandable.

Yes, thats all. There are two reasons for that. First, thats still plenty for NT coming from 2 years, 2nd. I dont think we have human resources to observe 100+ players and make sure that all of them are trained well so its better to focus on select group (we just need 4-5 from each draft class to be perfectly trained and we will have depth needed).
Of course, I sent messages to managers of other prospects as well, telling them what kind of players they have on their team, and what requirements are or training, so they should know what to do now and if not then they can always contact me (I am being flooded wioth bbmails now).

Another reason is that NT training is different than U21 training, and aklthough MVP+ players should be trained for NT, I am not going to make all o them train secondaries just in case they somehow pass 10+ better prospects than them. This way sparky will have group of great prospects for U21. I will post all of the players I shortlisted on the offsite once I get home (late evening).

Do you need us to post stats of our trainees on the offsite?

Are you sure? Its basically just 30 minutes/month.

But ok, I understand.
Can anyone else step up? Or are the rest of managers fine with getting one additional player? Otherwise I will have to just do it myself.

I can help if needed. Could I request though, that I swap out a couple of those and get my own players? (ie. Hernandez and Silvestro... and Sammons is still getting trained but I guess you'd catch that anyways since he's on the team)

Sure. So just those two are your requests? I will update the list by tommorow.

I can monitor a few others as well, but if I could also get those 2, think that would just make things easier overall.
