Would just be another way for largest nations to have even better NT down the road. Every IV league (and even V in the largest?) would have best draftees in human teams.
but deeply it sounds logic that the largest nations had the best prospects ... or at least they should have more better potential players than smaller countries

he is saying that the larger nations with more
human managers, if they are scouting will snag the best prospects with bots not getting cracks at them. Where the smaller nations, even with the same fair chance of first dibs at good players because no bots, still have fewer human managers to scout, to draft, and ultimately to train these players.
He's saying its double-edged in that while it would be more helpful to smaller nations, it also is more disadvantageous to them at the same time. Meanwhile larger nations have no disadvantage from this at all.
