Not at all - just assume that the tallest player represents the 99% percentile and the shortest the 1% and then consider the potential values for each skill across the distribution. The age effect on SB drop is low at both ends of the height distribution and by standard assumptions this should carry for all heights. Just compare weekly increases within the player type rather across players and you see the patterns easily.

That said then....
PA, HN, DR and JS (not in that order necessarily) all are better in terms of the difference between the 99% and 1% percentiles compared to SB. If I am reading this correctly.
