It's all about the skill distribution - you want to keep them all balanced (like duncan), rather than mono-skilled like Angeloni.

While Angeloni has Colossal JS and 14 DR, he doesn't have a lot else. Duncan has a big spread, highest skill is OD at 13.

You can play with a salary calculator like this one: http://www.buzzer-manager.com/estimation_salaire/

You can read more here: http://buzzerbeater.wgz.cz/rubriky/salary-formula

Ideally, you're looking to build/train a balanced player to maximize efficiency. Right now you should be 'pumping' OD on Angeloni to add value to him.

Maybe this will be your season to pick up a win against me!

My understanding is that I have the 2nd oldest active team in the world right now. I figure the only way I ever get back to the NBBA is by outlasting all the other players.

Sigh, I just realized that you popped down to my Div IV during my 'almost-bot' seasons. I'm 0-3 against you, this must change!
CT in the 1st match on the cards! ;)

I do miss the old days when I'd still throw in a few mid/early season CTs. It was all Hattrick tactics for most of the early guys.

And, of course, I drew Bruins in the tournament. There's one I didn't know was still around.

Just checking in on the forums from last season's league. FYI - now you know two teams in the US older than yours... :)

Hey I've decided to return. I see my conference is in a bit of shambles for I'm only 4 games out of the playoffs and possibly just 1 out of relegation.

I've still got the roster to stay up and soon enough I will be back in competing form in the league- with my new bank roll too ;)

Let's do this.
