Personally I would choose Player A as a 19 year old because I have little patience for training players through their rookie years.
That being said I think Player B as the 18 year old is the better choice in the long run. In an 18 year old season a player can easily grab more than 6 skill points. I believe a good season is around a 11-14 TSP boost for 18 year olds.
Good to know a little bit about the talent in our draft pool, I have little hope of even selling any of the players I'll get haha
