Your banner is working so it's obviously a problem with the link. Since the banner link is http://i58.tinypic.com/14nfsyr.jpg, try to upload the logo at the same provider and find a similar looking link for it.

Just a change in politics of hosting site... Poland U21 also with that trouble. BBs can't help here, probably you should just move to Imgur or other site.
