I also would like to answer your questions...

I know that's not easy to get a strong NT but I think I could do a good job, I will try to communicate more as possible with SA coaches. I will prepare specifics trainings for each player of SA NT and for whom will be part of them.

I've already taken a look of SA NT and of new players coming form the draft and in my project the NT will be formed by a mix of young player and player who already are in the NT.

You said I'm in the IV league..yes it's correct, it's not one of the best but I think even if it's only a season I've been playing I have the necessary knowledge to be a good coach.

Don't hesitate doing more questions...
I will proud to answer all of yours.

Greetings

In light of my recent addition to the race I will submit responses to the questions posed.

1. What would you do differently this past NT compaign?
I do not wish to belittle anything you accomplished this season gerrtv90, nor do I want to speculate on your thought process or decision making. As a 31st ranking is nothing to scoff at I would only look to build off your accomplishments. I will say that in the future I hope to win all the games we should win. I know this sounds simple and meaningless, but although we don't gain a whole lot of respect for beating someone like Cyprus, we lose a whole lot from losing to someone like Prathet Thai. It will be tough to win against the heavyweights like USA and Italy and obviously we should try in every game, but if it is a losing cause I want to at least seal up the victories that we should collect.

2. How do you plan on getting SA owners to participate more in the NT?
I would like to personally greet every member of the South African league (5 leagues I believe, not sure how many are bots at this point). Obviously, I can't make them participate, but as I described in my speech, I would welcome any extra insight and participation. I would also hope to seek help any support from members outside of South Africa in order to maximize our potential.

I will answer the remaining questions and any additional questions later.

Thanks!

3. How do you plan on getting more users from SA involved in BB?
Obviously this is my greatest deficiency. I neither know anyone from South Africa nor do I have any way of meeting people from there. I do not believe this is a large problem however because I think we have enough players to be competitive.

4. What qualifies you to run the South African NT? What particular experience in the Italian V or IV leagues prepares you to continue the development of South African NT player talent?
Being completely honest, I don't think there is anything particular about any country that makes it harder or easier than the next country. Some are on a larger scale but you are basically instituting the same policies no matter where you are coaching. I think my biggest attribute will be rebuilding the team and focusing on training and developing. As mentioned before, I think I have come up with some astute ways of quantitatively measuring who will be the best player for each individual situation. I think this is where I can help the most. I think in order to stay competitive in each game you have to pay attention to details and feel what you think your opponent will choose to do next. As a newer member I think I have already learned a lot about turning around and rebuilding a team as I took a hopeless last place team destined to be relegated and returned to USA D.III the next season. Given enough time I think I can enact similar results as the National Team coach.

Thanks!

Let me start this message giving my thanks to gerrtv for his great job as NT coach and excusing me for my terrible english.

As a SA player owner, I disagree with you about the communication NT-manager.
imho it was what it had to be, although is possible a specialized scouting team did a better job by following the SA players evolution.

But I'm writing this message because I'd like to make you a question as a NT candidate:
I'm training nowadays Uuka Moloa (21y) in jump shot, what did you tell me if I considerate changing his training to Inside Shot?

Hi everybody friends....

I'm a candidate for national trainer, but the frist of all it's a question that I hope you can answer.

Why the actual national trainer have only 17% of popularity....¿?¿? He did something bad or is the people who want to be the new national trainer who voted against to him....
:-¿

Greetings.

Raúl.

While I'd love to hear the answers to that question, I don't think it should be the focus of this thread.

Why don't you answer my questions above?

Also, for all of the candidates:

Without goals, your campaign could appear like a ship without a rudder. So, what are your top three goals for the South African NT if you are to be elected? Please explain your reasoning.

My top 3 goals are:

1. Set up a thorough scouting system for players and maintain contact with as many owners as possible to set up a development program to keep the team stocked with diverse and complimentary players.

2. Win at least 75% of the games against teams with a lower ranking.

3. Be the best team in Africa.

1. First of all be the best African team, because we need to increase our popularity and our strength step by step. Think to win all of the games it's utopistic.

2. For realize the first point I've just find two italian players who will help me in scouting and maintainig good relations with all the owners of NT's players, with the SA community and with the owner of other SA players.

3. The last but not the least point is try to expand SA community because if we want a strong NT we'll need a larger community.

And, for sure, win all the games we can.
