it's all about the IOU bug. Give it little time to be rescheduled on elaboration. they 're running in "server time" order.

See (294100.1). Looks like there's problem today with live games, and although BB seems to look for this, it's too massive to be fully repaired today.

I can't give you a sure answer, as I haven't contacted with BBs yet. We know that there's delay - at the beginning of the day it was 10-15 minute lag, now it's grown to at least 75 minutes, and that BBs know about the problem. With such a size of delay it's possible, or even probable, that we won't be able to see games live.
