I can ensure you that they have no chance.
That's because you lot probably aren't very good at training. Sure you have your farms, but even then, the ones who are on the TL looks fairly poor (see below).
Just the players that has no chance to reach the certain lvl we demand for the NT will be monoskilled because thats what works in U21.
Your NT has started a 30yo PF with 114 TSP against Spain in the last competitive game of s45. Again, what exactly you are talking about?
o yea, we ruin players that has no chance to be in our NT, so they could help the U21, what's wrong?
What's wrong is that unless they are farms (something that should be eliminated from the game), they have no reason to ruin players like that and take a massive hit financially.
False, I know players who were monoskilled, sold for more then 3M. 2.5M is a satisfying price too I think.
Provide examples so that we have context and can validate this silly claim. I know players who sold for 14m and more, I would not claim they will sell for that much now.
The israeli 105k has been trained with 5-5 trainers or 5-4 im not sure, no training court because his FT is totally fine.
I meant the gym or whatever other arena tool that boosts crosstraining
I present them everything that will happen - the salary of the future player, the price they could sell him and more.
Other than farms nobody and I mean nobody would train that way willingly, unless they are misled by someone else. Maybe you tell them a 80 TSP player with 140k salary actually sells for 3m and they believe you. In which case, if I was one of them, I would probably report you to a GM when my player sells for 1m or less and I have a net loss of a few millions on my hand because you
misrepresented reality.
Just say they are all farms and we'll all be happy, but don't offend anybody's intelligence by saying that's a smart or reasonable way of training.
Would you train secondary skills for a guy which has zero secondary skills? Well, I think its stupid
That wasn't really my statement but anyway to answer your question: from a sale price perspective? Absolutely. From a salary cost perspective? Absolutely. From a tactical point of view? Absolutely
You would never use a 100k player with 60 TSP in you U21 and if you did then you probably should be replaced as the coach. And I would never use a player with 1 OD 1 PA and 1 HA for fear of losing to a team 80 ranks below me playing patient just to exploit him.
In any case, the players you linked don't have zero secondaries otherwise they would not have 100k salary. JS is the main difference maker there, so they have that at the very least. Also the Ast to TO ratio and steals suggest 9 PA or more and very decent OD for the German one and at least 4 or 5 PA for your player and, again, decent OD (but worse than the German). So no these are not players with big holes in key secondaries.
the coach that would have to train so much secondary skills just in order to get his secondary skills to average, never getting to the NT.
Your NT started a 31yo PF with 114 TSP in the last competitive game against Spain who is up for sale now (ironically for 3 million lol) and definitely has worse PA and OD than the German U21 you linked. So let's cut the BS.
