Actually a great training facility
There is an old sheet which says that 48:00 is 100%, 47:46 is 99% and so on.

So I'm guessing the same thing Justin is - visual rounding bug

So 46'59'' is not the same as 47'29'', even though they will both display as 47 minutes in the box score.
47'00'' is now enough for a 100% training for all players if I understand correctly? How about 46'50'', is it now ~99% or ~95% as it used to be before the change?

That's the thing - we probably don't.

What if some of this missing seconds are in the last minute and some aren't? How do we calculate the % then? And how do we calculate the efficiency for the sub-47min training, is it out of 2820 or 2880?

A clear clarification would be much appreciated!
