I think those players can still be fairly decent guys in the long run. 90s-low 100s TSP players are still valuable as they provide the depth and financial stability for your team to be able to not only get wins, but also build bankroll to buy other players in the future or improve infrastructure.

This is a good point. My main goal this season is learning but your point is a nice cherry on top of the cake.

Hope this helps!

Indeed. I guess I will go this way. Sounds very sensible and well thought out. Thank you.

1on1 forwads is 6 positions training: 2 players 48 minutes in the 3 games of a week.

In addition to the two guys and Aures you should buy 3 more players, same size, 18 years old, potential 7 or 8 and train them as alreadx recommended. Actual the market prices are low, in total it will not cost more then 20k-50k.

I guess I can afford such players this season so I will search on the transfer market. Only spending money on expanding the arena is a little bit boring. Thank you for this hint.

After 1on1 and JS or Rebound (if you go for inside players), you are switching to 3 position training (OD, ID, IS, JR). You can sell 3 of the trainees to expand your arena and save some money for new trainees.

I. e. high Driving AND high JS will push OD even more.

You should contract an youth coach, Level 4 is sufficent. This will push training of 18 and 19 years old trainees.
