We do keep track of every time a user submits a lineup. I checked the logs and there weren't any lineup submissions from your team for that match. Not even a submission of the default lineup.
I see several lineup submissions for your October 31st match. But no records of submitting for the friendly match.
Is it possible you got an error upon submitting your lineup? That would have prevented a lineup submission. Or maybe you were submitting the lineup for a different match on accident?
I thought so ;-) It would be great if you could confirm me the times of the lineup submissions October 31. Let me tell you: 90% of the times, I usually send the lineups for the friendly matches just after the last weekly game of the regular league. I do this to avoid any eventuality that would prevent me from sending the lineups the following two days. In addition, this way I can balance the minutes of my players more accurately, as far as I can, of course. That's why I know I made the submission at the right time, apart from the fact that I usually make several consecutive submissions (one for the minutes, another one to review or add some small changes, etc....).
In short, if the submissions made on October 31 were made from 21:30 hours (Spanish time), which in principle is what should happen, we would have the incident located.
