I said I was selfish... The best solution would be to have 3 or 4 teams from each country to qualify... I.1 finalists and Cup finalists... But once again, I'm selfish :)

No it's not the best solution. The Div I runner up played a far tougher schedule and should be rewarded accordingly.

The runner-up team does win something. They win the 2nd place, and they even get a trophy to show for it.

Meanwhile the NTs have nothing to do with the B3 or the user's club.

And the choice of the Cup runner-up over the League runner-up is due to the fact that the League runner-up is basically a conference champion who might not even be the 2nd best team in the league. It is much better to assign the second spot in the B3 to a position where any team can reach (Cup runner-up) than to another that only 8 teams can reach (one side of the div I league).

In my opinion, only winners should go to the BBB. The BBB is a competition between the best teams, the teams that won something, not the runner ups.
Therefore, if a team won both the league and the cup, it should be the only team of that country to go to the BBB.
