that is an excellent tip ... and yes, that can be possible only when I'm out of the cup.

If you are blowing the opponent away or being blown away yourself your coach will take him out regardless of the fact that you put him there at all three positions.

you could avoid it in nominating just backups and starters, so all backups come to play in case of a blowout.
And when you loosing high, nromally the starters play in the last minutes, so it wasn't abd for this plan.

I also think CocoLoloMomo has a point and sometimes there is no way to avoid that. He just substitutes the guy with somebody else he chooses even though I made that guy starter, backup and reserve. So supposedly he will be his own backup and reserve but it doesn't really work for me.

this happen when he got foul probs, or you play with too much players ... It's pretty important to play with max 9 players, and give everybody at leat a backup spot.

In this case, the coach will simply pick somebody who isn't in the depth chart, even if you put strictly follow depth chart.

in which case?

...Basically, you have to avoid playing the same player as a starter twice to get that result....

That will lower my chances of winning.
However, I will try to get at least 5 trainees per week. Soon I'll be out of the cup (maybe I'll be out this week) so I will be more comfortable in choosing the lineup.

...every now and then you'll get a week where 1 person doesn't quite get the minutes needed but it's not a huge problem.

but still, if one of them didn't play 48+ minutes that week (47 minutes for example) he will recieve some amount of training, right?

...Also, if you want to increase your chances of having your player play 48 minutes you should play a slow offense in your friendlies...

by slow offense you mean: Patient, Low Post and Princeton?
