All I`m saying is to build up the 19y a little bit, because its the logical thing to do. They are supposed to have "spent a year longer in college", thus having a longer training.
Or they just weren't ready to take the step to the pro's at 18, which forced them to stay another year in college to reach minimum requirements...
Making the trainees better every two seasons isn't a solution to any problem. Just train your players adequate and your team will develop sufficiently.
